Our Team
Klara Došlov A producer who knows exactly how a set moves, Klara spent a decade as an Assistant Director across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. Now rooted in Belgrade, the NYC native has built a reputation for a sharp eye and a total lack of nonsense, turning high-stakes chaos into efficient pipelines. Her producing portfolio features the Brooklyn Film Festival premiere The Black Emperor of Broadway, the epic Basketball Derby episode for NBA Take 2’s docu series Nomad featuring NBA legend Joakim Noah, as well as other short formats. Her AD portfolio includes Sundance standouts Fair Play and You Won’t Be Alone, the Netflix hit The Union, and most recently MGM+’s Robin Hood.
A CCNY cum laude graduate and former Serbian national team figure skater, Klara brings an athlete’s discipline and a New Yorker’s hustle to every frame. In 2025, she served as a jury member for the Aster Int’l Film Festival and spoke at the Joy of Unity Festival regarding the next generation of Serbian cinema. When she isn't shooting, she channels her high-octane energy through movement—whether on the ice, the dance floor, or a yoga mat.
Head of Production
Marija Stanošević A director and producer with 20 years of breathing & living cinema across NYC & Europe, Marija's career is defined by versatility & high-stakes risk-taking.
From her roots at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade to a six-year tenure in the art department for Elite World Group in NYC, she successfully navigates the worlds of Film, TV, AAA Gaming and Fashion. With over 30 credits as a script supervisor on award winning international features like A Serbian Film, Enclave, Oče Naš, and No One's Child, her eye for detail is surgical. Her producing portfolio is equally diverse, spanning the feature Oktobar, AAA gaming titles Amnesia: The Bunker, Quixel Megascans and the multi-year, multi-media project that supported the restoration of a 12th-century monastery, including numerous events and Off-Broadway shows. Whatever she does, she bridges the gap between technical precision and bold creative vision, always asking What story do we want to tell?
A competitive regatta sailor, & bass player at heart she uses that internal rhythm to film, sail & lead the team.
Head of Creative
Ćupi/ Ðubi A high-stakes negotiator with a background in Montenegrin noir, Ćupi is a specialist in domestic takeovers and the art of the "hostile snuggle." Born in the shadows of Perast, she spent her early career navigating the brutal streets of the Old Town before executing her most successful production to date: the 2024 Belgrade Relocation. By bypassing standard street survival and pivoting to a surgical "belly-rub" maneuver, she successfully negotiated a permanent relocation and a lifetime contract in high-level household management.
Now a Belgrade-based executive, Ćupi’s portfolio is defined by a total lack of boundaries and a sharp eye for human weakness. Her credits include the "Chest-to-Chin" Lockdown (a protocol designed to limit human free will) and a recurring lead role as "Deadline Disruptor," always ensuring her presence is felt by standing directly in front of active screens. A master of strategic dominance, she balances her fluffiness and meowing to get whatever she wants.
Ćupi proves that while she was born in the shadows, she was always destined for the executive suite.
